Professional Trajectory

Phillip Krinker, entrepreneur, author, and mentor, built a 46-year career in the insurance industry. His successful trajectory includes leadership positions in corporations like Adams & Porter (1978-1994) and Aon (1994-2006). Phillip was a pioneer in Brazil, introducing innovative products and services, such as the creation of the Privatization Department in the 90s and the development of Financial Lines, including D&O (directors and officers insurance) and trade credit insurance, which would become his great passion.

In 2007, after 28 years as an executive, Phillip took a bold step into entrepreneurship, founding CredRisk Seguros. With a clear vision to focus on profitability rather than size, he transformed CredRisk into the main credit insurance brokerage house in Brazil. In 2022, he completed the sale of the company to the MDS Group, crowning a journey of pride and accomplishment.

Now, Phillip channels his vast experience to inspire and guide young professionals and individuals in career transition. His book, “You Don’t Want to Be the Biggest… You Want to Be the Richest: A Path to a Successful Career and a Happier Life”, is a practical guide that shares the lessons learned throughout his journey, including his 4-phase career plan and 18 golden rules for success and happiness.

Also engaged in philanthropy, Phillip seeks to give back to society, with the goal of inspiring and motivating readers to pursue their dreams, achieving personal success and a happier life. He advocates that true success lies in perseverance, dedication, and the pursuit of a life with purpose, freedom, and happiness, guided by values such as ethics and honesty. Phillip feels comfortable sharing his experiences in videos and lectures, with an inspiring, direct, and humorous tone.

You can’t  change the world… but you can change yourself.”
