Phillip Krinker, entrepreneur, author, and mentor, built a 46-year career in the insurance market. His successful trajectory includes leadership positions in global giants like Adams & Porter (1978-1994) and Aon (1994-2006). Phillip was a pioneer in Brazil, introducing innovative products and services, such as the creation of the Privatization Department in the 90s and the development of Financial Lines, including D&O and trade credit insurance, which would become his great passion.

In 2007, after 28 years as an executive, Phillip took a bold step into entrepreneurship, founding CredRisk Seguros. With a clear vision to focus on profitability rather than size, he transformed CredRisk into the largest and best credit insurance brokerage in Brazil. In 2022, he completed the sale of the company to the MDS Group, crowning a journey of pride and accomplishment.

Now, Phillip channels his vast experience to inspire and guide young professionals and individuals in career transition. His book, “You Don’t Want to Be the Biggest… You Want to Be the Richest: A Path to a Successful Career and a Happier Life”, is a practical guide that shares the lessons learned throughout his journey, including his 4-phase career plan and 18 golden rules for success and happiness.
